Mile End Montreal Bagels
Montreal Bagels are hand rolled, par-boiled in a honey infused water, and then baked in a wood burning oven. Saint-Viateur's ovens are over 50 years old and their bagels are world famous. At Mile End Montreal Bagel, our mission is to share these delicious bagels with you; we leave Montreal at 1am with freshly baked bagels hot out of the oven for delivery to NYC. Every Saturday morning at 10 am they are available for pick up at Mile End Brooklyn and Brooklyn Flea. Please inquire about wholesale opportunities.
